This is not the way to do this. You massage the muscles with the arm held in a tractioned positioned by the elbow. Lots and lots of massage to loosen the tight muscles. After a period 8-10 minutes THEN you can start SLOW rotation to bring it back in. These guys were just abusing this dude…awful.

I have also got shouder dislocation about 3 times, on that time i kept my hand in down ward direction then after few seconds my soulder was came into its location, i was like to keep my hand on the direction where i feel the least pain and for that i was kept my hand straight and in down ward direction all the time and it was hopefully located to its original place

I have a torn tendon since 15 years old n now I’m 31 It pops out of my socket when I make fast movements…if this is the case all those movements aren’t necessary…when my arm pops out I pop it back in myself…I just twist my arm really hard to the right in my pov and it jumps back in…the pain is the next day 😅😅
